Spicy White Bean Dip

Enjoy this delicious, heart-healthy gluten free dip as a snack or lunch!

Ingredients:

2 cups Great Northern white beans, rinsed and drained
4 scallions minced fine
1 handful Italian parsley minced fine
½ tsp garlic powder
½ lemon -- juice
¼ cup olive oil
1 tbsp green olives
1 tsp. pimento, minced
1 jalapeno pepper, minced

Put all ingredients through a food processor and process on medium speed until smooth.
Serve with raw vegetable crudité or  Mary's Gone Crackers
